Attorney Profile for Nathan Murawsky
Nathan M. Murawsky has been practicing law since 1995. He first graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA in 1992 with degrees in Political Science, Sociology and Philosophy. He then graduated the Villanova University School of Law in 1995 where he was on the Moot Court Board, an academic honors society for advocacy, and was the recipient of the James J. Manderino award for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Murawsky has practiced his entire legal career representing injured persons in personal injury matters, and has obtained significant settlements and verdicts in the representation of his clients.
Mr. Murawsky has tried numerous cases in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania, and has argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured in the areas of automobile and premises liability law. Mr. Murawsky also served a three year term as an Executive Committee Member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division.
As a result of his experience, knowledge, and reputation, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas approved Mr. Murawsky to sit as a settlement master for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In this role, Mr. Murawsky presides over settlement conferences for cases in the Philadelphia Court system.
Mr. Murawsky has been recognized as a "Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics, based upon a survey of 36,000 attorneys in Pennsylvania, and final selection by a blue ribbon panel of members of the Pennsylvania Bar each year since 2004.
Mr. Murawsky also currently serves his community as a School Board Director for the Lower Moreland Township School Board and sits as the legislative liaison to the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.
